Super Mom

Yesterday I was feeling a little bit like Super Mom remember when I bought one of these?

Well, the past few days EmmaLee has been extremely clingy. She wont let me put her down and if I do she is always right at my knees crying. So yesterday the only way I could get my "chores" done was to put her in and pack her all over. And today I'm exhausted.

Yesterday I also took Emma to the Doctor and it turns out that she has an ear infection. That would explain all the fussiness. So until it goes away... I have a lot of projects on hold. I'm cherishing being a Mommy and loving that she wants only me. (usually she wants everyone but me).

I haven't been able to get much of anything done (especially on the computer) so that explains my lack of pictures. :) I'm sure all of you who have had little ones with ear infections will understand.

Oh - poor Emma. Having fussy kids it tiring for mom. Make sure you sleep while she's sleeping and get your rest.

I remember those days of ear infections, trips to the doctor, up at night...I hope your Emma feels better soon. I loved my backpack and think it was a great invention. Loved feeling little hands on my neck and the weight of a heavy head drifted off to sleep. Hope I'm strong enough to carry the next generation as a grandma when that time comes. :-)

i'm so sorry poor Emma!! and poor momma too, right?
ah, i hope she feels better soon. Just wait. they get even more clingy as time goes on. Well, at least max has. I have to entertain him literally ALL day. don't get me wrong, it's fun playing. i love it. but it's exhausting when he just doesn't ever want a break!:) kids have so much energy.

by the way jo, honestly?! those pics at the park you took (a couple posts down) are to die for. you are so stinkin talented! i love emma's facial expressions on the slide.
