I am missing summer

I was going through the images on my computer and came across these lovely pictures of Miss Emma. Oh how I am missing those trips to the park and those warm weather clothes. These pictures make me realize that I don't think I have enjoyed and soaked up my summers as much as I could have. Then I think... Am I enjoying my winter as much as I could possibly enjoy it? Tomorrow's challenge is to get out in the snow and enjoy the cold air on my face with my two little girls. Maybe just maybe I will try my luck at a snowman. Hopefully summer will come sooner than later but for now I guess I will enjoy my winter just a little bit longer...

I love that I have been photographing this family from the time Mom was pregnant with her first. They are a wonderful family and I just adore them. Hopefully I'll be doing the girls senior pictures and then wedding pictures sometime down the road too ;) {enjoy}

We love when families come back to us year after year and we get to see how their kids grow. When we started this session (the first time) we ended up getting caught in a horrible storm. Out of no where it was pouring rain! We didn't think it would rain since weather was beautiful just minutes before. We only got a few shots in before we had to reschedule. I'm glad they were willing to get ready for pictures a second time. :) Enjoy.
