Gone Shooting!

Hey everyone! This is not Jo, but the less famous spouse Jeremy. Since I don't have a blog I decided to use hers, and this is my first blog ever. Yesterday Jo bought herself a new camera, a Canon 5D, which I am sure you will hear about, and so I became the proud owner of her old camera. Not that I even know how to use it, but wonderful wife is teaching me how. I just love her. So, when I went shooting with my Dad and my brother Jason this morning I decided to take it along. My Dad and I took our new handguns, which we had not shot yet. I also took my shotgun I got for Christmas which I hadn't used either (that's embarrassing!) and my .22. Here are some of the shots I got with MY new camera! P.S. - Please don't think that all the trash you see in the photos is ours... we took a few things to shoot at, and we picked it all up afterward.

These are some milk jugs being shot by a shotgun. You can see the milk jug lid flying off in one.

Here are some fun pics of my Dad and Jason shooting. You can see the shells ejecting here.

wow, cool photos. What a fast shutter speed you must have to catch the action!

Great pictures Jeremy. You are learning quickly. I'm jealous - of your camera. That's alright isn't it - or am I breaking a commandment?

Jo - you better watch out - Jeremy took some really great pictures! You should make him your "second" when on a phot shoot!

Love the pictures of shooting the milk jug. A guy at work wanted to get a shotgun for home defense because he said “if some one brakes into his home he wants to shoot them but not kill them”. I told him if he shoots them with a shotgun it will kill them. I will have to show him these pictures so he will believe me.
