Today I was thinking wow, it's been a long time since I have gone a week without a photo shoot and I'm half way to my 6months of having a shoot once a week. I kept thinking today about how I didn't have a shoot this week and how I was going to have to start over again... Well, I'm excited to say that I got a call in the middle of the day for a last min. photo shoot. I was trilled! For more reasons that one. This session was packed with excitement for me. With all my lighting gear and two assistants I felt like I was photographing a star for their portfolio. Oh wait I was!!! Here is GORGEOUS country singer Cindy Standage. Matt and Jo

I just finished up the last of my editing for Matt and Jo's engagement pictures. From now on when I have completed a session I'll be putting the images into a video. It's great I can post on you tube, facebook, myspace, my blog, and much more, and it's supper easy! I'm loving Animoto. If anyone would like a video of their session for their blog or facebook let me know ;) I'm on a video frenzy! :)

P.S. If you have been wondering why I have been neglecting my blog it's because of TAXES!!! but... they are now FINISHED so WOOOOHOOOO!!!!

This session was a joy! I love when I come to a session and just fall in love with the family. They were so sweet and so much fun to photograph that I didn't want to stop! Have I ever said on my blog that I love tutus! Well I do! I'm in love! I think I'm going to have to learn how to make them. ;)

I don't usually do half black and white half color (not sure that it's my style) but I did for some reason want to on this one.


I love that there were people who were conveniently walking in my background! Perfect! (Even if I cropped off their faces... They just weren't as cute as the baby what can I say....)


Still trying to decide about the colors on this one... (Yes it is January but we live in Arizona! No cold water here!)
